Ong24 reserves the right to request proof of identity and age verification at any time through the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Failure to provide the required documentation within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension or permanent termination of your account.

3 Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the ong24 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using a different name, phone number, email, IP address, or payment information — are strictly prohibited and may result in the freezing of all associated accounts and forfeiture of existing balances.

During registration, you are required to:

  • Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and valid email address.
  • Create a strong, unique password for your ong24 account — at least 8 characters combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.

4 Fund Deposits & Withdrawals

Ong24 supports a wide range of popular local payment methods in Malaysia, including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, Boost, ShopeePay, USDT, and direct bank transfers. All transactions are processed with 256-bit SSL encryption to ensure the complete security of your financial data.

Deposit Rules:

  • Minimum deposit: RM 30 for most payment methods.
  • All deposits must be made from an account or digital wallet registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not accepted.
  • Funds are credited to your ong24 account within 60 seconds for deposits made via e-wallet and FPX.
  • Ong24 does not charge any processing fees for deposits.

Withdrawal Rules:

  • Minimum withdrawal: RM 50 for standard methods.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

General Bonus Rules:

  • The welcome bonus is exclusively available to new members making their first deposit.

  • Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash until the wagering requirements have been fully met.

6 Betting Rules & Ethics

The ong24 platform provides a fair, transparent, and secure betting environment for all members. To maintain the integrity of the platform, all members are required to comply with the following betting rules:

  • All bets confirmed and accepted by the ong24 system are final and cannot be cancelled except under specific circumstances determined by the platform.

In the event of a dispute regarding betting outcomes or winnings payments, the ong24 system's decision is final. All complaints must be submitted within 7 days of the disputed transaction date.

7 Account Security & Protection

Your account security is a shared priority between ong24 and you as a member. ong24 employs industry-grade security infrastructure including 256-bit SSL encryption, two-factor authentication (2FA), real-time suspicious activity monitoring, and an advanced fraud detection system.

As a member, you are responsible for:

  • Ensure your account password remains confidential and is never shared with anyone.
  • Log out of your account after every session, especially when using a public or shared device.
  • Report to ong24 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
  • Not allowing anyone else to use your account on your behalf.
  • Keep your contact information up to date so ong24 can reach you in critical security situations.

8 Account Termination & Suspension

Ong24 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

  • Violating any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
  • Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or KYC.
  • Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity through the platform.
  • Abusing the ong24 bonus or promotions system.
  • Using unauthorized software or methods to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Registering multiple accounts or using another person's identity.
  • Behave in a disrespectful or threatening manner toward ong24 support staff.

9 Platform Liability Limits

Ong24 strives to ensure the platform operates without interruption 24/7, however we cannot guarantee that the service will always be free from technical errors, internet disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control. To the extent permitted by applicable law, ong24 is not liable for:

  • Losses arising from service disruptions caused by scheduled or unplanned system maintenance.
  • Losses resulting from internet connection failures or equipment issues on the user's end.
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform.
